Getting there

Shibuya Scramble Square sits directly above and connected to Shibuya Station (underground exit B6). The entrance and ticket counter are on the 14th floor, reached most smoothly by the lift on the street-level outside the building. Note that the “Sky Lobby” on the 11th floor of the nearby Shibuya Hikarie is a different place.

Before you go

The rooftop can close in strong wind, rain, approaching thunderclouds or extreme heat. Tickets are sold up to two weeks ahead, and if the web tickets are sold out so is the counter.
